Qualifications

• Proficiency with DSM-5 and treatment planning.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• Geriatric population experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation for travel between local facilities Lindon, Orem, Provo, Payson.
• Therapist: 2 years (Required).
• DSM-5 criteria: 2 years (Required).
• Skilled nursing/assisted living: 2 years (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling or psychotherapy to adults and seniors
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose using DSM-5 criteria
• Offer appropriate resources and referrals as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Manage a personal caseload effectively and independently
