RHA Health Services LLC in Asheville, NC is seeking a licensed or associate licensed therapist to deliver individual and group therapy and comprehensive assessments for adults and youth. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, guardians, and local agencies while supporting holistic care and treatment planning.

The position offers a full-time schedule (M-F with some evenings), competitive pay, and on-site work in a modern, light-filled environment.

Qualificações

• Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in NC (LCMHC/LCMHCA/LCSW/LCSW).
• General knowledge of the North Carolina human services delivery system.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds and perform CPR/therapeutic holds.

We’re looking for Licensed or Associate level licensed therapists:

Pay Rate: $56,000 to $61,000 depending upon experience level and licensure. Schedule: Full time, flexible schedule M-F. Some evening work.

Position Requirements

• Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field
• Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in the state of North Carolina Licenses include LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSWA, and LCSW
• General working knowledge of the human services delivery system in North Carolina
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Ability to perform tasks on the computer including working with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word and other basic programs.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of performing CPR and therapeutic holds

Responsibilities

• Providing therapeutic services including assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy to population including but not limited to adults and children/ adolescents.
• Serving individuals with wide variety of mental health and substance use diagnoses.
• Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the company, parents, guardians, local agencies and the community
• Supporting individuals with connections to services and referral for holistic treatment.
• Working closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and providing feedback, standardizing procedures and expediting PCP implementation
