Job summary

RHA Health Services is hiring a credentialed Therapist for Asheville, NC to provide individual and group therapy, assessments, and crisis intervention. This full-time role requires NC licensure and experience with EMR and the human services delivery system.

Qualifications

• Must have graduate degree in Counseling or related field.
• Current NC licensure (LCMHC/LCMHCA/LCSWA/LCSW) or eligibility.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Excel and Word.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds and perform CPR/therapeutic holds.

Responsibilities

• Providing therapeutic services including assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy for adults and children/adolescents.
• Serving individuals with mental health and substance use diagnoses.
• Facilitating relationships as a link between the company, parents, guardians, agencies and the community.
• Supporting connections to services and holistic treatment referrals.
• Collaborating with clinical staff to maintain communication and expedite PCP implementation.

We’re looking for Licensed or Associate level licensed therapists:

Pay Rate: $56,000 to $61,000 depending upon experience level and licensure. Schedule: Full time, flexible schedule M-F. Some evening work.

Position Requirements

• Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field
• Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in the state of North Carolina Licenses include LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSWA, and LCSW
• General working knowledge of the human services delivery system in North Carolina
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Ability to perform tasks on the computer including working with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word and other basic programs.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of performing CPR and therapeutic holds

• Serving individuals with wide variety of mental health and substance use diagnoses.
• Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the company, parents, guardians, local agencies and the community
• Supporting individuals with connections to services and referral for holistic treatment.
• Working closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and providing feedback, standardizing procedures and expediting PCP implementation
