RHA Health Services is hiring for an ACTT Team Lead to supervise an interdisciplinary team delivering community-based mental health and substance use supports. You will coordinate and monitor services outlined in each Person Centered Plan, promote recovery, and link individuals with natural supports, guardians, local agencies, and the community.

This role requires a graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, and licensure to provide mental/behavioral health care

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in NC or an eligible Associate license to be fully licensed within 30 months.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health issues.
• Employee supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of an interdisciplinary team of professionals providing services in the community.
• Providing evidence-based individual therapy in a variety of settings.
• Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the treatment team, the individual, natural supports, guardians, local agencies and the community.
• Minimizing the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence that interfere with the individual's daily living and personal development.
• Supporting the team in developing various skill-building activities, including daily living and community living skills, socialization, adaptation, and behavior management.
• Overseeing and participating in a first responder on-call system for individuals served.

Serves as the primary contact and coordinator of services supporting individuals with Mental Health or Substance Use Issues in residential, school, workplace and community settings. Coordinates and monitors the array of services and supports identified in each person's Person Centered Plan. These interventions are strength-based and focused on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and achievement of the highest level of functioning in the community. Supervision is provided according to supervision requirements. Supervises and directs the work of others to provide quality services. Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per year.

• Overseeing and participating in a first responder on-call system available to individuals served by the team and/or their natural support network

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in the state of North Carolina or Associate license that will be fully licensed within 30 months
• Licenses include LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT (or relevant associate level license)
• Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with behavioral health issues
• Employee supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance.
