Guidelight Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist (Pre-Licensed or Full Licensed) to join onsite in Massachusetts. You will provide high-quality behavioral health care, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of the Executive Director.

The role emphasizes licensure progression, supervision of associate clinicians, and adherence to PHP/IOP treatment curricula within a supportive, inclusive work culture.

Competenze

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC).
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associates per Guidelight’s supervision program.

Mansioni

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy with evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within required timeframes and document findings.
