Competenze

• Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid Massachusetts licensure in MA (LICSW, LMHC).
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight's supervision program.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Mansioni

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans to create a cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessment within identified time frames with appropriate thoroughness and scoring.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews to determine length of stay and level of care.
• Assess community resources for clients during treatment and aftercare planning.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and build trusting relationships.

Formazione
