Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist for an onsite role in Norwood, MA, focusing on PHP/IOP services. The therapist will deliver high-quality behavioral health care, develop treatment plans, and work within a team to support clients toward licensure.

The position requires a master's degree and MA licensure (LICSW/LMHC) with opportunities for free clinical supervision hours and supervision toward licensure. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC) is required or eligible.
• Must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans to create a cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to provide comprehensive care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames and with appropriate thoroughness and scoring.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews to determine length of stay and level of care.
• Identify community resources for treatment and aftercare planning.
• Educate clients and families about mental health while building supportive relationships.

Role Summary:

The Therapist willbe responsible forproviding high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions. Guidelight is committed to the professional growth and development of therapists and provides free clinical supervision hours to support clinicians in working toward licensure.

• Comes preparedtoweekly clinical supervision with relevant client updates, case formulations, and questions to support high-quality care.
• Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.

Required Qualifications :

• A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC)
• If eligible based on licensure status and applicable state regulations, must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program. This includes actively supporting the development of associate licensed professionals in accordance with organizational standards and state-specific supervisory requirements.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Pay Range

$70,000 - $95,000 USD
