Clover Health Services in Bowie, Maryland, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and guide rehabilitation to restore mobility and function.

Evaluate patients' physical condition, movement limitations, pain levels, and functional deficits.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, strength, and function.

Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or with chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document measurable outcomes.
Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
Supervise and delegate tasks to PTAs and therapy aides.
Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and interprofessional teams.
Discharge patients with maintenance and self-management plans for long-term recovery.
