Job summary

Clover Health Services in Plentywood, Montana is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, develop plans, and monitor progress in a 4-week assignment. The role includes supervising PTAs, collaborating with physicians, and providing patient education.

Shifts are 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, start 2026-10-12, weekly pay. Housing and travel pay are included; a health benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist.
• Experience with musculoskeletal rehab.
• Strong documentation and progress note skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical condition, movement limitations and pain levels.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and function.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and home exercise programs.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Supervise PTAs and therapy aides; delegate tasks as appropriate.

• - Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• - Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions, and ensure measurable outcomes.
• - Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
• - Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
• - Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and therapy aides.
• - Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• - Discharge patients with individualized maintenance and self-management plans to support long-term recovery.
