Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility, and safety
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
Promote patient engagement, safety, and independence throughout treatment
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
Current Maryland Physical Therapist license
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
