Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical condition, movement limitations, pain levels, and functional deficits.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, strength, and function.

Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Monitor progress and adjust interventions with measurable outcomes.
Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Supervise and delegate tasks to PTAs and therapy aides.
