Candidates should have a Master’s in Social Work or related field, with Wisconsin licensure tracks and training in CPR and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Wisconsin licensure path (LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent).
• Substance use credentialing in Wisconsin (SAC-IT, SAC, CSAC).
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• NCI training within 60 days of hire.
• Driver's license preferred for residential programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in clinical initiatives and ongoing professional development.
