Job summary

Kids Thrive is seeking experienced Therapists to join our Pediatric Mental Health Program for children ages 3 to 10. You will provide group and individual therapy, participate in intake assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support families.

We value compassionate care, crisis intervention when needed, and a commitment to helping young minds develop healthy regulation and relationships.

Qualifications

• Masters or higher in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active Ohio licensure (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC).
• Previous experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Experience in group and individual therapy.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead Day Treatment groups with Group Facilitator.
• Provide individual and family therapy.
• Conduct family interviews and referrals to resources.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients as needed.
• Complete Intakes, Diagnostic Assessments, Treatment Plans, and Discharge Summaries.
• Contribute to treatment team meetings and collaborate with other providers.

The Role Itself
