Job summary

Kids Thrive is currently seeking experienced Therapists to work in a Pediatric Mental Health Program providing care and treatment to clients ages 3 to 10. Previous experience working with children is preferred.

The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team at the Blue Ash location, with Monday–Friday shifts and a strong commitment to family-centered care. Our compassionate therapists specialize in supporting a high-acuity early childhood population with group and individual

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
• Requires Ohio licensure as LSW, LISW, LPC or LPCC.
• Experience with pediatric mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead Day Treatment groups with Group Facilitator.
• Provide individual and family therapy.
• Conduct family interviews and referrals.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Complete intakes, assessments, treatment plans, and summaries.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and other providers.
