Great Bay Staffing Group in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient practice. Each appointment lasts 40 minutes and is one-on-one with patients, with no handoffs and a capped daily caseload to support thorough care.

The role offers a salary of $85,000–$105,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, plus a $1,500/year continuing education allowance and structured mentorship for new graduates. Certification sponsorship is included in a therapist-owned setting.
