We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team at our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Lanham, Maryland. In this role, you'll provide vital clinical services to individuals coping with various diagnoses, including severe mental illness. Responsibilities include individual, family, and group therapy, treatment planning, and collaboration with our interdisciplinary team to ensure top-quality mental health care.
This position offers flexible hybrid work arrangements, allowing work from home and in-office. Join us in our mission to provide quality mental health care and create positive community change. Ability to pass background check and drug screening required.
Pay Range: Therapists are paid on a fee-for-service basis, with monthly payments per completed service. Some full-time salaried positions are available, paid bi-weekly, ranging from $66,836 - $74,856 (LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT) or $73,025 - $81,788 (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT) annually.
Other Compensation: Bonuses, paid training.
PTO/Sick Leave: Up to 96 hours PTO in the first year; up to 40 hours sick leave annually.
Retirement: 403(b) plan with employer matching after 1000 hours.
