Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Join us as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Helping Hands Family (HHF) and provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to help children reach their developmental milestones.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
  2. Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
  3. Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  4. Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.

We're Looking For Someone With

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
  • Comfort working with children.
  • The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

  • Pay rate of $18-22/hr.
  • 20% pay differential for client facing sessions that go past 6 pm or for Saturday sessions.
