We specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral healthcare, including clinics, day programs, and residential homes for individuals facing mental health disorders.
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team at our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Maryland, specifically in California, Maryland. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide vital clinical services to individuals coping with a variety of diagnoses, including severe mental illness. Your responsibilities will encompass individual, family, and group therapy, alongside treatment planning and collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, ensuring top-notch mental health care delivery to our consumers.

Ability to pass background check and drug screening required.
Pay Range: Therapists are paid based on a fee-for-service basis, meaning compensation will be paid monthly per completed service rather than hourly or salaried. Some full-time salaried positions are also available, paid bi-weekly. Salaried positions range from $66,836 - $74,856 (LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT) or $73,025 - $81,788 (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT) annually.
Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on performance) and paid training.
PTO/Sick Leave: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated). Sick leave accrues up to 40 hours annually (pro-rated).
Retirement: 403(b) plan available at hire, with employer matching after 1000 hours of service and discretionary contributions annually.
Health Benefits: Full or part-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, along with FSA and Dependent Care accounts.
Company-Paid Benefits: Long-Term Disability and Basic Life/AD&D for full-time employees; all employees have access to EAP.
