Job summary

Clarvida seeks a dedicated Therapist to support children and youth in the child welfare system through trauma-informed therapy in homes and community settings. You will provide individualized services, build strong family relationships, and work with supervision to ensure high-quality care.

This full-time role offers meaningful clinical work, flexible schedules, and opportunities to impact outcomes for families and children from birth to 18. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for Indiana licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or LSW).
• Valid Indiana driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Ability to work independently in home and community settings.

About the Role

Clarvida is seeking a dedicated Therapist to support children and youth, from newborn through age 18, who are involved in the child welfare system. In this role, you will provide individualized, trauma-informed therapy to children and families in their homes and community settings, helping them navigate critical moments and build healthier futures.
This position offers flexibility, meaningful clinical work, and strong supervisory support. You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with families while delivering services where they are most impactful.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children and youth involved in the child welfare system
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Deliver therapy services in homes, foster homes, schools, and community settings
• Support children and families through emotional and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with families, case teams, and community partners
• Participate in Child and Family Team Meetings and court-related processes as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Manage an independent caseload while participating in supervision and team meetings

Requirements

• Licensed or able to become licensed in Indiana as one of the following:
• LCSW
• LMFT
• LMHC
• LSW
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License in good standing
• Active state-minimum auto insurance
• Ability to work independently in community and in-home settings
• Ability to pass all required background checks

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range of $48,400–$62,400/year based on 20–25 client hours per week
