Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Clinician to provide in-home and community-based support to children and youth with behavioral and psychological health needs. You will deliver counseling, supervision, and parent skill training, and act as the team leader for each client’s treatment team.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive compensation package, a $2,500 stay-on bonus annually for two years, a company vehicle where eligible, and licensure reimbursement among other benefits.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Active or pursuing licensure as LCSW, LCPC, LMFTS, LMSW-cc, LCPCc, or LMFTc.

About this role:

As a Clinician, you will providein-home and communitybased essential support to children and youth with behavioral and/orpsychologicalhealth needs, some of whom may be at risk of being removed from their homes. Through counseling, supervision, and parent skill training, you will work closely with client families in collaboration with the treatment team, delivering services in home and community settings. This role allows for a high degree of independence and leadership, as you will serve as the team leader for each client’s treatment team.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $68,000- $101,500

Your salary depends on the caseload size of your choice.

Full Package Details:

• $2,500 stay on bonus paid annually during your first 2 years of employment
