Job summary

Clarvida seeks a dedicated Therapist in Fort Wayne, Indiana to deliver trauma-informed therapy to children and families in their homes and community settings. This full-time role emphasizes independent caseload work with strong supervisory support and meaningful clinical impact.

You will work with youth from newborn through age 18 involved in the child welfare system, conducting assessments, building treatment plans, and coordinating with families and partners in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed or able to become licensed in Indiana as one of the following: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LSW.
• Valid Indiana Driver's License in good standing.
• Active state-minimum auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently in community and in-home settings.
• Ability to pass all required background checks.

About The Role
