Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
- Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as AMFT, APCC, or ACSW.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges in various settings.
- Direct clinical, case management, and treatment planning experience.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and therapeutic intervention skills.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral health treatment practices.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and active automobile insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to children, adolescents, and families.

The High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Program is an intensive, team-based care coordination model designed for children, youth, young adults, and families with complex behavioral health needs who are often involved with multiple systems such as mental health, child welfare, education, juvenile justice, or housing services. The goal is to help individuals remain successful in their homes, schools, and communities while reducing the need for higher levels of care.
High Fidelity Wraparound is recognized as an evidence-based, family-centered approach that brings together multidisciplinary team members, natural supports, family members, and service providers to create and implement individualized plans of care tailored to each family's strengths, needs, culture, and goals.
This position has a baseline productivity expectation of 50%, generally equivalent to an average of approximately 3.5 hours of direct client service per workday. The meeting of such requirements will be addressed in accordance with the Company policies and applicable law.
This program provides Medi-Cal-funded community and field-based behavioral health services to children and families. Services include family therapy, psychological testing, intensive in-home services, medication management, individual and group therapy, school consultation, case management, mentorship, assessments, crisis intervention, and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS). The program utilizes trauma-informed and evidence-based practices, including TF-CBT, PCIT, Seeking Safety, and EMDR.
The Pre-Licensed Therapist provides mental health treatment services that promote client independence, family empowerment, and positive behavioral health outcomes. This role delivers individual, family, and group therapy services while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary care teams to support children and families in achieving emotional, social, educational, and behavioral goals.

- Intermediate computer proficiency and experience utilizing electronic health record systems

- Experience working within Wraparound, Full Service Partnership (FSP), or community behavioral health programs
