Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Clinical Therapist in Colorado to deliver intensive therapy to children and families in community, in-home, and office settings. You will develop treatment plans and apply evidence-based approaches to improve emotional and behavioral health.

This full-time role offers a base pay of $26.00 per hour plus a $2.50 differential after 5pm or on weekends, plus the potential to earn an extra $1 per hour for meeting goals. On-call coverage can add up to $7,500 annually.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field.
• Active or eligible licensure: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC; DORA registration.
• Able to pass required background checks.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as clinically indicated.
• Support children and families in addressing emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical goals.
• Deliver services using evidence-based practices such as TBRI, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned.
• Meet productivity and service delivery expectations.

About the Role

Clarvida is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide intensive individual and family therapy services to children and families facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. In this role, you will help clients strengthen relationships, develop coping strategies, and build long-term skills that support stability and growth. This position offers flexibility, meaningful clinical work, and the opportunity to practice evidence-based therapeutic approaches in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
