AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen Chicago location seeks a Spa Attendant/Link to welcome guests, guide them through the bathhouse and massage experiences, and coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth flow throughout the day.

You will greet clients, provide tours of the facility, schedule treatments, and attend to guest needs with a friendly, high-end service mindset. Join a team that values hospitality, detail, and a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a host in a spa or hospitality industry, preferred.
• Strong customer service mentality: friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor.
• Energetic team player with a passion for assisting high-end clientele.
• Skilled at anticipating the flow of business, thinking ahead, and solving problems before they occur.
• Strong attention to detail: ensure clients have what they need, and remember the fine points of their reservations.
• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling according to business needs.
• Prior experience with reservation systems, preferred.

Chicago Location:

Our Chicago location was designed to showcase a historic restored factory from 1902 in River West, close to the West Loop. The space has been given a new lease of life and is now part of the magical AIRE atmosphere.

The Role:

As a Spa Attendant/Link, you will play an integral role in providing clients with the AIRE Experience. You will check-in and guide clients through their bathhouse and massage experience. You will give bathhouse tours, schedule massages, and tend to client needs throughout the day. You will coordinate with other Spa Attendants/Links and Massage Therapists to ensure all clients are taken care of.
