Job summary

Ellie Mental Health – Burr Ridge is seeking licensed and provisionally licensed mental health therapists to join our outpatient team. We welcome LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LSWs, with Spanish-speaking clinicians encouraged to apply to expand access in Burr Ridge and surrounding suburbs.

We offer flexible scheduling, reduced administrative burden, strong supervision, and opportunities for clinical development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Active or eligible Illinois clinical/provisional license is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and complete documentation on time.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations and using an EHR system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and establish appropriate diagnoses
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy
• Complete progress notes, treatment plan reviews, and other required clinical documentation
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinic and payer requirements
• Full-time clinicians maintain 25 completed client sessions per week
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and other members of the client's care team when clinically appropriate and properly authorized
• Participate in team meetings, clinical consultation, training, and supervision
• Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and client-centered care

Ellie Mental Health – Burr Ridge is growing, and we are looking for compassionate, motivated Licensed and Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our outpatient team.

We welcome LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LSWs, and we especially encourage Spanish-speaking/bilingual clinicians to apply as we continue expanding access to mental health services throughout Burr Ridge and the surrounding western and southwestern suburbs.

Required Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to complete clinical documentation within required timeframes
• Comfortable working with diverse and multicultural populations
• Ability to effectively use an electronic health record (EHR) system

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking/bilingual (Spanish-English)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, behavioral concerns, relationship concerns, and/or substance use
• Experience with trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches
• Outpatient or community mental health experience
• Experience providing insurance-based services or willingness to become credentialed
