Job summary

Mountain Springs Recovery in Monument, CO seeks a Full Time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) to provide individual and group therapy in a residential treatment setting.

You will facilitate diverse modalities, support crisis intervention, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering client-centered care to help clients heal and rebuild their lives.

Qualifications

• Active CO license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
• Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
• Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy using a variety of modalities: CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT, and MI.
• Support crisis intervention and stabilization.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide client progress.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.

Salary Range: $40.00 To $50.00 Hourly

$5000 Sign on Bonus Opportunity paid in two installments at 90 days and 6 months.

We're seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate therapeutic mental health group programming.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy using variety of modalities: CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT, and MI
• Support crisis intervention and stabilization.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide client progress.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
