Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin APSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-IT, LMFT, or LMFT-IT license in good standing.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline.
• Experience providing therapy in a behavioral health setting, including group facilitation and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in a start-up program environment and on-site in Brookfield, WI.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation to clients in PHP/IOP.
• Participate in daily treatment team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
• Complete timely clinical documentation in line with payer and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership and care coordination to support client flow and outcomes.
• Build relationships with referral partners and represent the program professionally.
