Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Tampa, FL is seeking a licensed independent therapist to lead individual, group, and family therapy within an interdisciplinary treatment team.

The role utilizes evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and family therapy to stabilize and guide recovery for patients with mental health concerns. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with the care team while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field; preferred.
• In-training LPC-IT or MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent in state practicing.
• SAC-IT or CSAC credentialing may be required in relevant program.
• Experience with diverse age groups and behavioral health therapies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
