Job summary

Michiana Behavioral Health, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a licensed Therapist (Inpatient) to join the Inpatient Unit in Plymouth, Indiana. You will contribute to a patient-centered care model and support treatment planning, therapy, and psychosocial assessments.

The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and documentation in medical records, with a focus on delivering high-quality behavioral health care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or clinical field required.
• LCSW/LMFT/LMHC preferred.
• Direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention and assessment preferred.

Responsibilities

Therapist (Inpatient) Full-Time

Michiana Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Inpatient Unit staff. The Therapist plays an integral role in our comprehensive patient-centered care model.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to document patient history and identify issues for patient and their family members
• Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plan
• Provide individual, group and family therapy
• Document treatment provided to patient in medical record legibly and in a timely manner
• Attend regular treatment team meetings to provide social work perspective

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
• A minimum of one (1) year with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, treatment and clinical assessment skills preferred.
• LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC preferred.
• May be required to workflexible hours.
