You will collect social histories, liaise with families, and support admissions and discharges while collaborating with clinical staff.

Residential Therapist carries out the responsibilities of obtaining social history information to familiarize clinical staff and physicians with the patient and any past/present problems. Acts as liaison with the patient’s family or support system and referral sources. Provides direct psychotherapy to patients in individual, family, and group settings. Assists with utilization review with third party payor sources.
