Job summary

Michiana Behavioral Health in Plymouth, Indiana, seeks a licensed therapist to join our Inpatient Unit. This full-time role focuses on delivering patient-centered care within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• At least 1 year of direct experience with family and group therapies.
• LCSW/LMFT/LMHC preferred.
• Flexibility in work hours.

Michiana Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Inpatient Unit staff. The Therapist plays an integral role in our comprehensive patient-centered care model.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to document patient history and identify issues for patient and their family members
• Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plan
• Provide individual, group and family therapy
• Document treatment provided to patient in medical record legibly and in a timely manner
• Attend regular treatment team meetings to provide social work perspective

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
• A minimum of one (1) year with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, treatment and clinical assessment skills preferred.
• LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC preferred.
• May be required to workflexible hours.
