Job summary

Michiana Behavioral Health in Plymouth, Indiana, seeks a licensed therapist to join our inpatient unit. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy as part of patient-centered care.

This role emphasizes collaboration with the treatment team, timely documentation, and contributing to a healing environment in a wooded setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or clinical mental health field.
• Minimum of one year with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, treatment and clinical assessment skills preferred.
• LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC preferred.
• May be required to work flexible hours.
