Job summary

Denver Springs in Englewood, CO seeks a licensed Therapist to assess psychosocial needs, develop collaborative treatment plans, and provide counseling to patients and families facing mental health challenges.

The role emphasizes connecting patients with community resources, advocating for equitable care, and participating in a supportive, mission-driven network within LifePoint Health. A 24-month commitment accompanies a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMSW or LCSW license in the state.
• Master's degree from an accredited program is required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS must be completed within six months of hire.
• One year of experience in a related field preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' psychosocial needs to understand their emotional, psychological, and social situations.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
• Connect patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance.
• Advocate for patients' rights and ensure they receive equitable care within the healthcare system.

What we’re looking for

Applicants should have a current state LMSW, LCSW license andpossessa Master's degree from an accredited school.Additionalrequirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification isrequiredwithin30 daysof hire.

  Rate Range: $32.19-$43.46 Hourly
