Cairn Counseling is seeking a Therapist II to provide individual, couples, and group therapy while building clinical expertise in a supportive, collaborative team. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Ability to independently manage a therapy caseload and deliver individual, couples, and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a consistent therapy caseload.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy for clients with moderate clinical presentations.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Respond to client and practice inquiries within 48 hours.
• Conduct phone consultations with prospective clients and support insurance verification needs.
• Attend and participate in supervision, staff meetings, trainings, and consultation.
• Engage in self-marketing efforts and maintain current referral platform profiles.
