Job summary

Thriveworks in Berkeley, California, is seeking licensed clinicians to join a nationwide hybrid care model delivering telehealth and in-person sessions. The role requires California licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and a commitment to at least 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability, serving diverse clients including couples and children.

We provide credentialing, billing, scheduling and marketing support, paid orientation, and a goal to build a full caseload within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinicians in California (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
• Able to provide both telehealth and in-person care

• Committed to measurable client progress
• Comfortable with clinical technology (telehealth and EHR)
