Job summary

TheraPride Counseling and Wellness in Denton, TX seeks a licensed mental health professional for a hybrid clinical role. The position starts part-time with a clear path to full-time, with a ramp of up to 180 days to reach full caseload and benefits.

You will provide in-person and telehealth therapy to a diverse client base, with a target workload of 25–30 clients per week during ramp. Benefits include PTO, health coverage after full-time, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or psychology.
• Current Texas LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LP license in good standing.
• Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT/DBT/EMDR).
• Ability to seek supervision when needed and uphold ethical standards.
• Committed to LGBTQ+ and diverse community care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 60 billable hours per semi-monthly period.
• Provide virtual/telehealth therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on scheduling, intake, and billing processes.
• Engage in regular team meetings and continuous professional development.
