Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Therapist II to provide evidence-based therapy for individuals pursuing recovery from substance use disorders. You will conduct individual and group sessions, contribute to treatment planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients on their path to lasting change.

This role requires an active state license and a Master’s degree, with a strong commitment to HIPAA compliance, documentation accuracy, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical licensure per state requirements.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience providing therapy for Substance Use Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent therapy sessions for patients with Substance Use Disorders.
• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and intake assessments.
• Coordinate patient care with the multidisciplinary team and manage caseload.
• Document all treatment data in the electronic health record and ensure compliance.
• Attend required meetings and provide training for new hires.
