Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health (Psychology, Social Work) or related field.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatments.
• Ability to make quick, accurate clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to children, adults, and families.
• Complete initial intake and diagnostic assessments and update treatment plans.
• Offer clinical consultation to providers and staff.
• Perform DSM‑V/ICD‑10 diagnostics as referred.
• Deliver brief, evidence-based behavioral interventions.
• Coordinate care and referrals within Adelante Healthcare.
