Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Washington state is seeking a Primary Therapist to provide individual, group and family therapy for adults, children and adolescents, and to develop individualized treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team. You will conduct assessments, document plans, attend team rounds, and mentor less experienced clinicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related.
• Fully licensed or in licensure process valid in the state to practice individual therapy.
• Collaborative, strong communication within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with individual and/or family therapy.
• Ability to move between tasks with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Conducts psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy
• Completes clinical paperwork including treatment plans, progress notes, wellness plan, aftercare plan, discharge summary
• Conducts biopsychosocial assessments and creates treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with the treatment team
• Attends treatment team meetings to coordinate patient’s care with interdisciplinary team
• May provide training and guidance to less experienced teammates (Primary Therapist I and II)
