Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Primary Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy for both adults and younger clients. The role includes developing personalized treatment plans, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation.

The position requires a graduate degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field, and licensure per state requirements. Experience in therapy and collaboration within teams is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related (required).
• Collaborative nature and strong communication within a multi-disciplinary team (required).
• Experience with individual and/or family therapy (preferred).
• Ability to move between tasks with flexibility (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy.
• For each patient on caseload, completes clinical paperwork including:
• Individual and Family Therapy progress notes and group notes.
• Wellness plan.
• Conducts comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on caseload.
• Completes biopsychosocial, self-harm and suicide assessments.
• Creates individualized treatment plans with specific and measurable goals.
• Creates treatment agreements, support plans or behavior plans as needed.
• Attends treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
• May provide training and guidance to less experienced teammates.
