Job summary

National Counseling Group (NCG) seeks an Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct evaluations, and coordinate wraparound services in the Belle Haven area. The role emphasizes crisis intervention, collaborative care planning, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) or residency in counseling is required, with a Master’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or Resident in Counseling.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).
