Qualifications

• Masters or Psy.D. degree required with IL licensure.
• Experience in counseling services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, addiction, veterans, first responders, groups, coaching, divorce mediation, play therapy.
• Excellent clinical skills and high moral standards.
• Team player with a desire to learn and grow and open to innovative treatment and technology.
• Afternoon and evening client hours; comfortable working in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to a diverse client caseload.
• Collaborate with team on treatment planning and case discussions.
• Maintain documentation and client records (EMR).
• Engage in ongoing professional development and innovative practices.
