Elevate Counseling + Wellness in Illinois is seeking a licensed therapist for a part-time weekend and in-office role. The position requires Friday in-office and weekend/evening availability, with hybrid locations in Westmont and Chicago.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, MFT, or related field.
• Active Illinois clinical license eligibility (LPC/LCPC, LSW/LCSW, MFT/LMFT, PsyD/PhD).
• Experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical agency, group practice, private practice, hospital, or community mental health setting.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Ability to provide in-office therapy on Fridays and either Saturdays or Sundays.
• Ability to provide one remote evening shift per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy with adults, couples, families, teens, or other populations within your scope of practice.
• Build and maintain a consistent part-time caseload.
• Hold a weekly schedule that includes required in-office Friday and weekend availability.
• Provide one remote evening shift per week.
• Participate in consultation and professional dialogue with colleagues.
• Practice thoughtful case conceptualization and scope management.
• Maintain reliable documentation and follow-through.
