Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field required.
• Leadership experience in clinical supervision, staff training, or program coordination a must.
• Ability to coordinate across systems and diverse backgrounds with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a half-time caseload providing individual, youth, and family therapy and coordination of services.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and Outreach policies.
• Coordinate the day-to-day administration of the CCBYS crisis intervention program at the Warrenville location.
• Oversee crisis grant case records, monthly statistical reporting, and annual file audits.
• Provide follow-up care coordination for CCBYS clients with alternative placements and external partners.

Education

Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field
