Responsibilities

  • Primary liaison with the funder.
  • Maintains staffing patterns and day-to-day operations of the Crisis Care System program.
  • Ensures compliance with policies, contracts, and grant training requirements.
  • Hires for grant positions.
  • Manages cost, schedule, performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provides supervision for data manager.
  • Oversees ERS activities by administrative staff.
  • Develops a centralized data system and standardized intake forms across organizations.
  • Develops a no-wrong-door system of care with community partners.
