Job summary

Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Therapist/Counselor (PRN) to join our clinical team across Northpoint Washington, Seattle, and Everett. You will provide individual, group and family therapy, coordinate treatment plans, and liaise with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Mental Health or related field, active WA licensure, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health or commensurate experience required.
• Active substance abuse or mental health licensure in the state of treatment.
• 1+ year of relevant field experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy for patients.
• Coordinate treatment plans and discharge planning with the multidisciplinary team.
• Document assessments, plans and progress in a timely manner.
• Communicate with staff and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues.
