Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is hiring an Adolescent Therapist/Counselor in the Seattle area (Northgate). The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary care, delivering individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents, and maintaining timely documentation.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Mental Health or related field, active state licensure, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Competitive hourly compensation and full-time benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in mental health, social services, or related field.
• Must hold an active state licensure for the profession.
• Minimum 1+ year of relevant field experience.
• Ability to work with diverse adolescent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescent clients.
• Coordinate treatment plans and discharge planning with the multidisciplinary team.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes in a timely manner.
• Communicate with support staff and outside agencies regarding treatment and safety.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and facility policies.
• Support quality care and compliance through ongoing documentation and collaborations.
