Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking compassionate clinicians to join the Community Living Program. You will provide therapy, crisis intervention, care coordination, and ongoing support for adults with severe mental illness, in office and community settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration on a multidisciplinary team and ongoing professional development. Hybrid schedule with two in-office days and three remote days per week.

Qualificações

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Colorado licensure or eligible to transfer within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience for unlicensed; 2+ years for licensed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy within scope of practice.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Coordinate care with internal teams and external partners.
• Complete clinical documentation and outcome measures.
• Support supervision and training of students and staff.
