Job summary

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is hiring for a role focused on children and families, delivering individual, family, and group therapy using trauma-informed approaches. The position supports clients ages 6–18, with a demand for culturally responsive care in a multidisciplinary outpatient team.

The team offers a mix of in-person and teletherapy, with a flexible schedule (3 days remote, 2 days in office).

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling or related field.
• Must pursue licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) within 30 days of hire.
• Two+ years of clinical experience for licensed track; supervision for licensure provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with clients.
• Collaborate with caregivers and community providers to coordinate care.
• Assist with billing and insurance authorization as needed.
