Job summary

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is establishing Platte Crossing Counseling Center in Commerce City, CO. We seek a licensed or near-licensure clinician to provide intake, assessment, and comprehensive therapy across ages in a hybrid in-person/telehealth setting.

Ideal candidates have licensure in LCSW/LPC/LMFT or as a psychologist, with strong community focus and potential for growth. Bilingual Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Unlicensed Therapist or Psychologist: pursue licensure with supervisor support within 30 days of hire.
• Licensed Therapist or Psychologist: current Colorado licensure or ability to transfer within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and assessment services, individual, family, couples, and group therapy.
• Deliver trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care to clients across the lifespan.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and external providers.
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation and outcome measures.
